 The Room A

Room A is a meeting place for individuals and collective target groups of the Rilindja Rilindja Rilindja (Renaissance Renaissance Renaissance) Program and space for critical development to bring together the collective fantasy and critical artistic creativity hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Room A invites individuals and collective groups to gather in a physical or virtual space and read, talk about, and socialize together. Room A calls for interaction and engagement throughout the development of the intervention, both by reading excerpts from academic texts but also by listening to and watching podcasts, video content and other media channels depending on the suggestions added by the participants. Engaged participants are expected to propose books, texts or other content to read, listen to or watch and discuss.

Room A is part of the Rilindja Rilindja Rilindja program that responds to the Kosovar context and aims to meet the individual and collective interests of young people who interact and engage throughout the development of the intervention. Collaboration with local and diaspora artists, activists, writers and curators, young artists, activists and professionals from the minority communities, the LGBTIQ + community and other marginalized communities, who through Rilindja Rilindja Rilindja interact with important collaborators and distinguished international partner institutions.

Rilindja Rilindja Rilindja aims to influence the economic revival and rebirth of groups directly affected by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the prolonged financial "fatigue" in the visual arts scene in Kosovo.
