''MoMA and International Program' is a story of the early years of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the development of its International Program that resulted in several circulating exhibitions of American modern art in Europe in the mid 20th century. Those were the exhibitions dominated by "Abstract Expressionists" that shifted the center of the art scene from Europe to America .

Porter McCray is an Associate of the Museum of American Art, an educational institution dedicated to assembling, preserving and exhibiting memories on the exhibitions of American art shown in Europe during the 50s.
