Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina announces the open call 'Konkurs 6' for participation of the young artists from Kosova at The XV Biennale of young artists from Europe and Mediterranean 2011 - Thessaloniki, Rome and Casablanca.

In this stage of work and with 'Konkurs6' will include selection of the artists from Kosova for two events that are part of The XV Biennale of young artists from Europe and Mediterranean:

Visual Arts, Applied Arts and Gastronomy
Thessaloniki, Greece: October 7 - November 6 2011

Cinema, Literature and Music
Rome, Italy: 18 - 19 November 2011

 

Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina aspires for a significant presence of art and culture produced in Kosova, and jointly with the presence of the young workers in art and culture at the Biennale to mark a significant turn in the international representation of the new artistic practices of this scene.


Visual artists, architects, designers, stylists, chefs, authors, directors and musicians from 18 to 30 years old are invited to apply with their projects based on the general theme of The XV Biennale of young artists from Europe and Mediterranean. 
The XV Biennale of young artists from Europe and Mediterranean formulates its topic in the form of a question: Symbiosis?

Rules and procedures regarding the application

The application form and the other necessary documents have to be submitted until the 20th of July 2011.
